The following hazards are alleged to exist at your place of business: 1. Safety shoes and masks are not being utilized on the production floor. 2. Electrical panels blocked preventing access by qualified personnel. 3. Electrical cords are inappropriately used across the warehouse floor; creating a tripping hazard to employees. 4. Forklift drivers do not have the proper certification to safely utilize equipment. 5. Walkways are nonexistent throughout work areas which create a life safety hazard with no evacuation or emergency training conducted.Alleged Hazards: 5, Employees Exposed: 15
