1045 University Avenue, Norwood, Ma. 1) The employer does not have a contact tracing program. 2) Mask wearing is not enforced. 3) The break room is overcrowded and nobody is wearing facemasks when they are not eating or drinking. 4) Workers are vaping in the sort aisle exposing other workers to getting covid-19. 5) Truck unloaders double up inside trailers and don't wear masks. 6) Five employees tested positive for covid-19 and the employer does not enforce the wearing of face masks. 7) Workers who have worked near other workers who have tested positive are not instructed in testing, quarantining, and return to work protocols.Alleged Hazards: 7, Employees Exposed: 100
