The Covid-19 mask requirement is not being taken seriously. Masks are not provided by the Owner. There is no running water in the facility for employees to wash their hands. Employees have to use five gallon buckets to get water from the neighbor. The facility is not clean, there are no cleaning supplies to clean the facility.
