Per Call: Complainant concerned that the is a healthcare and avs worker. He has own paper, but it broke. Now the employees are told to share paprs. 3M recommends that they do not share paprs. There are two paprs per department; supervisor is telling them to share respiratory PPE. Complaint wears small, but the ones provided are large. Per the manufacturer the hoods are not supposed to be shared, they have no data to support. Complainant does not feel safe sharing PPE.

Lighter smoke set. This lighter was suppose to be a rechargeable plasma lighter. It is not it is a very dangerous butane refilled lighter that shoots flams a foot high or more. Again I say this is a very dangerous lighter capable of severely burning people and catching something on fire
