The employer did not implement disinfecting protocols. T8 CCR 3205(c)(8). 2. The employer did not implement specific disinfecting protocols for areas where positive COVID-19 cases worked, touched or had been in contact with. T8 CCR 3205(c)(8)(C)(3). 3. Employer is not enforcing mask mandates inside the building. The employer did not ensure employees wearing facial coverings properly. T8 CCR 3205(c)(7)(A). 4. Employer is not enforcing physical distance between employees in the office, especially while conducting meeting in offices as well as the breakroom. The employer is not ensuring that employees are properly physically distanced. T8 CCR 3205(c)(6)(A). 5. Employer not informing employees who have been in close contact with COVID-19 positive cases.
