1. Employees such as window clerks were exposed to health hazards related to COVID-19 because they worked in a close proximity of an employee who was tested positive for COVID. Employees were not informed of their possible exposure to COVID and a proper disinfection of their work areas and shared equipment was not performed. 2. Employees were exposed to sanitation related heath hazard because all three bathrooms have been constantly clogged (sewer line issues). Employees were told to use Starbucks' restroom across the street.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 50
