The employer has not implemented precautions designed to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 in the workplace. It was reported that there are COVID-19 outbreaks with positive cases in the building and the building is not being cleaned. Specifically, floors have not been mopped in months, high touch areas are not being sanitized, and bathrooms are not being cleaned.
