1. The employer has returned to requiring all employees to punch-in and change work assignments during the workday on common shared computers and terminals. This was not required of employee since returning from COVID layoff in May, so it is an avoidable risk. 2. The employer is not following or enforcing sanitizing and other safety protocols established after the COVID shut down in May. 3. Supervisors are repeatedly seen talking to employees while not wearing a mask in offices that do not allow for distancing. Supervisors are not correcting employees who have their masks pulled down in facility. Employees are working in close proximity with their mask pulled down in front of managers with no follow up. Supervisors are observed talking to employees without a mask pulled up over their face on the manufacturing floor. 4. Outside doors are open during the workday allowing delivery drivers and the public at large access into the building without a temperature check or survey to wander the building. 5. Management changed the "close contact safety protocol" with no notice to Union or employees until they were confronted 2 weeks later.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-10-27
