Regulatory Report
10100 SMC Boulevard, Noblesville, 46060 Indiana, United States
The company has failed to provide the employees with the appropriate social distancing space. Employees sit in spaces that allow them to reach out and touch each other from their chairs. There are no plexiglass barriers to prevent spread of germs from desk to desk nor the distance to prevent that spread. There has been a shortage of cleaning supplies and hand sanitizer as well in public spaces to help with sanitation. The company discourages the use of face masks sending out notices that they are not required to comply with the mask mandates. Employer refuses to allow employees who fully work on laptops to work from home in a safe environment and says they will be put on unpaid leave if they try to work from home. Employer has even terminated employment for an employee who had a doctors note to work from home stating maybe they could resume employment when it was safe for her to return to the office but could not allow her to work from home.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-11-16
