My employer threaten to fire any employee that does not return to full time employment effective 05/04/2020 during COVID-19 pandemic. Indiana's state government, Eric Holcomb, started the state's reopening processes in five phases; however, Marion county which is the same as employer's county is still under strict stay at home orders. My employer has forced us to return to work with no proper social distancing guidelines and amongst other co-workers that are clearly sick. My employer is violating Indiana state government guidelines on social distancing rules and strict stay at home orders. They have forced all the employees to return to work full time and we are currently working together and amongst some individuals that have severe underlying health conditions. Others show signs of COVID-19 and their conditions at the worksite are not addressed putting everyone in harms way of this pandemic/illness.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-05-05
