stay at home orders. My employer has forced us to return to work with no proper social distancing guidelines and amongst other co-workers that are clearly sick. My employer is violating Indiana state government guidelines on social distancing rules and strict stay at home orders. They have forced all the employees to return to work full time and we are currently working together and amongst some individuals that have severe underlying health conditions. Others show signs of COVID-19 and their conditions at the worksite are not addressed putting everyone in harms way of this pandemic/illness.

Employer not disinfecting/deep cleaning work place There are 50 employees, there are 5 to 6 employee cases of COVID-19. They did not shut down. They did not sanitize or clean the facility. They have only provided disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer for employees to use to clean.

They are making employees work 10 hours a day 5 days a week and 8 to 9 hours Saturdays. They are taking employees' hazard pay to pay for COVID-19 testing.
