The employer is not following recommended practices to protect employees from SARS-CoV-2, which causes the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). Alleged hazards including not following recommended practices such as, but not limited to the following: 1. Employees are in large groups when entering the facility, walking to their workstations, leaving their workstations and leaving the facility. 2. Employees sit together in groups while eating in the Lunch Room. 3. Employees are still working close together in the Production Area with no dividers between the employees. 4. Supervisors remove their masks to talk to employees in the Production Area. 5. Employees that have worked near an employee that has been sent home for a high temperature are not also sent home for being potentially exposed to COVID 19.Alleged Hazards: 5, Employees Exposed: 900
