1. There have been six new cases of COVID-19 in the facility and the employer is not shutting down or informing employees about the cases. There have already been numerous cases at the facility and the employer is not taking COVID-19 seriously. 2. Employees that have been in contact with and exposed to the employees that were positive for the virus have not been required to quarantine. 3.
