1. An employee was exposed to COVID-19 but was not aware until several days later and had been in close contact with other employees. The employee later tested positive for COVID-19 and was quarantined. Some of the other employees were tested, but came back to work after receiving a negative result instead of quarantining per guidance from the CDC. 2.
