1. There were two positive cases of COVID-19 in the clinic detected and the clinic was only closed for three days and did not follow the recommended guidelines of closing the office building for 14 days. 2. Staff do not completely clean and sanitize their areas after each station. 3. Children (clients) are allowed in the clinic areas, though they show symptoms of coughing and sneezing and put the employees at risk of exposure to COVID-19. 4. One client (child) recently traveled internationally and was allowed in the clinic.
