1. Employees were, or could be, exposed to the COVID-19 virus in the workplace, due to children from one room which was closed when there was a case, being moved to other rooms, as well as siblings of sick children being allowed to continue attending. 2. Employees experience symptoms at work, including headaches; asthma; rashes, and allergy-like symptoms, and, since there have been leaks in the ceiling, and there is a mildewy odor in some areas, and the symptoms ease or disappear when they are away from work and intensify or recur when they come back to the building, there is concern that there is mold in the building, and that the symptoms could be caused by exposure to it.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-12-02
