1. Employees were, or could have been, exposed to the COVID-19 virus in the workplace, due to employees not being informed that a member of staff, who had relatively close contact with all or most of the other employees, had tested positive for the virus. 2. Employees were not protected from possible exposure to the virus due to: a) Employees' body temperature is not checked when they come to work; b) The facility has not been properly sanitized since an employee tested positive for the virus; c) At times, they have run out of PPE; d) Employees cannot stay 6 feet apart in the workplace; e) There are regularly more than 10 people in the facility; f) At times, there is not enough time scheduled between clients for rooms to be properly sanitized.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-12-01
