1. Employees are concerned for their health and cross contamination during the employer's fit testing of N95 masks. The employer did not disinfect the nebulizer between each employee being tested. The female employees were not asked if they were pregnant prior to being tested. Employees were not provided a sterile environment to place mask once completing the test.
