1. Employees and sub-contractors are potentially being exposed to COVID19 after positive tests for the coronavirus on the jobsite and the building has never been cleaned and disinfected. 2. The employer is not following CDC guidelines and enforcing social distancing where it is possible to do so, especially inside the parking lot transport vans. 3.
