The employer is not implementing precautions to protect employees from contracting and spreading the Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the workplace: a) Proper enhanced cleaning and disinfecting is not occurring in the areas of: warehouse/fulfillment, breakroom and the small room with scanners. b) Employees instructed to clean areas were instructed to do so without proper training or guidance and a very limited amount of cleaning supplies. c) Shared equipment (i.e., machinery used to move stacks of boxes, scanners, etc.) is not wiped down or disinfected in between uses because employees either have no access to cleaning supplies or there is a very limited supply of cleaning materials available. d) Social distancing is not being enforced.Alleged Hazards: 4, Employees Exposed: 265
