1. Employees are permitted to work when they are symptomatic of Covid-19 and have a confirmed case of Covid-19. 2. The thermometer, used to perform Covid-19 screening, provides inaccurate temperature results. 3. In the Core Area, employees are required to wear masks while processing body parts. The masks that are used in this area are the same general masks used by all other employees for Covid-19. It is unknown if these masks provide adequate protection to employees that are exposed to blood and/or other potentially infection materials during tissue processing. 4. Employees have tested positive for COVID-19, and the facility is not being sanitized to protect the remaining employees. 6. The employer does not enforce the proper wearing of masks.
