1) Employees are potentially exposed to health hazards associated with COVID-19. It was reported that the employer is not enforcing facial requirement standards at the workplace. It was further reported that social distancing is not occurring and that the employer is not enforcing any type of COVID-19 precautions to protect employees at the workplace.
