The employer is not following the guidelines set forth in Executive Orders 20-81 and 20-99 which include requirements for COVID-19 Preparedness Plans for Minnesota businesses, specifically: 1. The employer does not have an adequate COVID-19 Preparedness Plan in place and has not trained employees on the contents of the plan. 2. The employer is not requiring employees to wear face coverings while working in shared work spaces and in common areas within the facility. 3. The employer is not requiring or allowing for work arrangements where employees are separated by at least six feet or by partitions. 4. The employer has not established health screening protocols for employees to follow prior to entering the facility daily. 5.
