Proper general safety and sanitation are almost nonexistent. There is a lack of cleaning procedures to ensure the protection of patrons and employees to prevent the spread of COVID, such as bathroom cleaning, coffee pots, tables, and any space frequently used by employees and customers. The owner and 2 other employees have shown symptoms of COVID, but have been asked to continue to work regardless.
