1. Employee temperatures are not taken, nor are questionnaires being completed. 2. Masks, hand soap, and cleaning supplies are neither provided nor used. Daily cleaning is not being adhered to, and bodily fluids from customers are not being cleaned. 3. Management has disciplined employees who have stated that they do not feel safe and/or don't feel well and think it is a good idea to stay home.
