In the production area, the aisles and passageways floor are kept with cardboard materials exposing employees to trip and fall hazards. Applicable OSHA standard(s): 29 CFR 1910.22. 5. In the production area, employees are exposed to burns from hot glue when operating the cardboard gluing machine without personal protective equipment.
