1. Employees are exposed to COVID-19. The employer is not following the CDC guidelines on sanitation, PPE (personal protective equipment), and social distancing thereby exposing employees to the COVID-19 virus. Applicable OSHA Standard section 5a1 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970. 2. The employer is not recording all injury and illnesses on the OSHA 300 log for 2020, to include COVID-19. Applicable OSHA Standard: 29 CFR 1904 3. The employer fails to notify employees of their potential exposure to COVID-19 after positive cases of COVID-19 in the workplace have been identified or confirmed.
