1. Five employees working at the establishment have tested positive for coronavirus since November 15, 2020. The employer did not follow Pennsylvania Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines and allowed two employees to return to work before the criteria to discontinue home isolation are met, in consultation with healthcare providers potentially exposing employees to SARS-CoV-2. 2. Employees who have tested positive for coronavirus and employees with tests pending are working at the establishment without wearing facemasks and the employer is not enforcing the use of facemasks at the establishment in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines potentially exposing employees to SARS-CoV-2. 3. The employer has not cleaned nor disinfected areas where employees who are suspected or confirmed with coronavirus have worked in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines potentially exposing employees to SARS-CoV-2.
