Employees are exposed to presumed positive and confirmed positive staff and residents because the employer is not following infection control measures such as but not limited to identifying spaces where known positive cases are being cared for, requiring employees to reutilize one time use PPE such as gowns, not providing for prompt disposal of regulated wastes (medical waste (red bags)). 2. The employer has not provided the staff with training on the hazards of COVID 19 to include but not limited to donning, doffing procedures and techniques, use and care instructions for PPE.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 25
