Employees working at the Warehouse in Land Air Express may be exposed to safety and health hazards due to: 1. Employees operating forklifts and other powered industrial trucks in an unsafe manner which has result in near misses. 2. Defective powered industrial trucks and other load management equipment which introduced additional physical safety hazards to the operation. 3. COVID 19 social distancing guidelines not been followed including lack of facilities and supplies to wash hands. 4. Multiple slip, trip, and fall hazards in all dock floors, truck maneuvering areas and other multiple walking and working surfaces including fixed stairwells and other paths serving as main means of egress.
