1. Store capacity is not being counted correctly. Prior to mandate on 11/14/2020, the store was operating at 30% capacity or 135 people from a max capacity of 450 people. After the mandate, the numbers changed to 25% capacity or 188 people from a max capacity of 750 people. The official capacity certificate is no longer posted. 2. Management will only enforce customer masking if requested by an associate to talk with the customer, otherwise there is no enforcement. If a customer comes in without a mask and has medical reasons for not wearing, we still have to provide service to the customer. 3. Counting customers to ensure capacity has been sporadic, with estimates of customers in the store being used. An app on an iPad is used and on Wednesdays and Thursdays all available iPad's are being utilized by staff so counting does not occur.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-11-18
