T8CCR 3203 In the facilities Covid unit, we lack of proper supplies or staff to handle the number of patients. We lack of isolation gowns, N95 masks and disinfectant wipes. As of recently our patients require constant supervision because they're a danger to themselves. There is 1 nursing assistant. We are lack of staff to care for these patients properly. Management has refused to provide a safe work environment. Along with lack of supplies and staff, we lack of safe employee designated bathroom or breakroom. We're crammed into hallway with no air conditioning and fans blowing pathogens and droplets from our patients coughs in our face. We're constantly being exposed to Covid. Our current employee restroom is two porta-a-pottys in a dark area of our parking lot with no proper lighting. We've already had one nurse pass away due t exposure.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 13
