1. During this COVID-19 crisis, employees were provided and required to use the one surgical mask in the workplace and instructed to re-use the mask throughout the week. The surgical masks have become contaminated after re-use and ineffective. 2. The surgical masks are not as protective as the N95 respirators. 3. Employees were told that they could work out of their home, however this has not happened. 4. The desks are not being cleaned twice a day as stated. 5. Social distancing is not being enforced. 6. To protect employees, personnel from state and city governments were told that they would be following the above safety strategies, however these strategies are not being followed. 7. No hand sanitizers for several days. 8. The soap is running out in the restrooms. 9. Employees who are sick, sneezing and coughing are still allowed to come into workplace. 10. All germex dispensers have been empty for more than 3 days. 11. Half of the employees from the Bob's Discount Furniture Project were allowed to work from home, however the other half remained in the workplace.
