In the performance of assigned tasks by the employer: 1. No Hand Sanitizer at the 4 hand sanitation stations that were set up. The sanitation stations have not been filled. Management keeps sanitizer in their office under lock and key. 2. No disinfectant spray and/or paper tower/cloth for use to sanitize work stations. 3. At the workroom floor by the supervisors desk the expelled fire extinguisher had not been replaced. Employees were potentially exposed to the spread of viruses and the inability to use a fire extinguisher in the event of an fire emergency.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 1000
