1. There is absolutely no self or company screening for employees entering the workplace. 2. No cleaning or sanitation being completed on the premises. 3. Management and employees refuse to wear a mask or sanitize or screen which is to be documented daily and cameras in the store can easily validate this any given day or night. 4. Customers refuse to wear their masks even though signs on the door state do not enter without a mask and management does not enforce it. 5. Management have received verbal complaints from employees and customers who frequent the store but nothing has been done to oversee its validity. 6.
