Concerned about their associate COVID-19 Screening practices. Associates have to arrive 10 minutes before shift for screening which entails a temp check and symptom check. This is the 3rd time where they have had to triple check the temp again. this time though they said it stated an employee had a high temp and directed them to sit directly under the AC vent. 2nd temp check was still high but they wouldn't say how high. The employee did let them know that exactly one week ago they were out of state on a trip and while they did take all precautions we know that that doesn't mean anything. The manager insisted that the employee go into the bathroom and splash their forehead with ice cold water to trick the thermometer, which barely brought it down and proceeded to tell the employee it was good enough even though technically it was still a fever to clock in. It's also known that this has happened with other employees who later during their shift would need to leave.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-10-17
