1. Employees are exposed to needlestick injuries, due to the sharps containers being over-full and/or locked, such that used hypodermics etc. cannot be inserted one-handed as designed. 2. Employees could be exposed to the COVID-19 virus in the workplace, due to: a) Employees have not been fitted for nor provided with N95 masks; b) Face shields are not provided; c) The employer does not facilitate nor enforce Social Distancing, (there are no spacing markings etc. on the floors), nor the wearing of masks; d) There is no Plexiglass or similar barrier between employees and patients.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-11-09
