1. The employer is not properly cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting mail cases and other common areas following several positive COVID19 tests. 2. Management is not enforcing the daily use of masks and social distancing. Supervisors and employees often wear masks incorrectly or take them off to talk to people. We have had about 4 to 5 cases of coronavirus and management still has not acknowledged those exposures to employees. 3. Management has not been addressing the COVID19 issues or talking to employees regularly about taking the proper precautions. It has been months since the last stand up talk about COVID19 and the number of cases in our facility.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 70
