It has been brought to our office's intention that you may have had an employee test positive for COVID 19 and two other employees that may have pink eye or conjunctivitis. We would like to get copies of your COVID 19 plan. Do you check employee temperatures? Do you do contact tracing? What PPE do you require? Are you able to Social distance? What are the requirements to return to work after testing positive for COVID 19? Do you require exposed workers to get tested or to quarantine?
