An employee tested positive for COVID-19. Employees travel from jobsite to jobsite in company vehicles in groups of 4-5 employees. 1. Employees who were exposed to an employee who tested positive for COVID-19 were not informed in a timely manner they were exposed. 2. Employer has not taken measures to prevent the transmission of COVID-19 following an employee who was symptomatic and tested positive for COVID-19 such as isolating symptomatic employees and encouraging employees to stay home when they feel ill. 3. Company vehicles are not adequately cleaned to prevent the spread of COVID-19.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 25
