1. The employer is not following current CDC and OSHA guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in the workplace. 2. Management is allowing employees with COVID-19 signs and symptoms without additional CDC guidelines in place. 3. A dentist and front desk receptionist were diagnosed with COVID-19 and they have not been sent home based on CDC guidelines. 4.
