1. Employees and students are not required to wear masks in a basement office suite, despite one-on-one work with children. 2. Social distancing is only required by private offices, but it is a hybrid company housing both employees and the students. Many students are diagnosed with learning or developmental disabilities that could make consistent social distancing difficult. 3.
