The employer is not following CDC guidelines and is not following the regulations as put force by Governor Whitmer with Executive Order #114 as follows: 1. The restaurant is being filled far beyond 50% capacity. 6 feet between tables is not being done. 2. Cooks are not wearing masks. 3. All barstools have been put back around the bar. 4. The employer is not enforcing servers to keep their masks on during the shifts. 5. Many guests are complaining about wearing masks when walking about the restaurant and the employer is not enforcing them to do so. 6. 400 people have RSVP'd for a Fourth of July Celebration that is to be held on July 3, 2020; over the limit of 100 people as set forth through the governor's executive orders and a buffet inside the building is planned for those 400 people.
