Employees are exposed to the following alleged hazardous conditions: 1. The employer is holding large daily meetings with over 20 employees at a time in a room where employees cannot social distance. 2. Trucks are not being sanitized between shifts, and/or sanitizing wipes are not provided to employees that share trucks. 3. Employees are coming to work with possible COVID-19 symptoms due to a work rule that if a mandatory meeting is missed it gives an employee two strikes on their record. 4. Management is not enforcing CDC guidelines such as social distancing, proper wearing of facemasks, and sanitizing shared equipment.Alleged Hazards: 4, Employees Exposed: 20
