1. Correctional Officers working in the Cadre Area are not being properly trained on the donning and doffing of face coverings following 3 positive COVID19 tests. 2. Staff arriving to cadre to find there was NO appropriate PPE readily available in the cart before entering the unit. Because it was an emergency staff continue in without the appropriate PPE.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 60
