1. The employer is not following Covid 19 guidelines, in that, when employees travel for vacations to states with a high positivity rating, employees returning to work did not quarantine/isolate and get tested for Covid 19 while showing symptoms such as coughing. These same employees wore their masks improperly on their chin while coughing and talking to other employees. 2. The employer did not follow the cleaning protocols in the facility for Covid 19 before and after employees have tested positive for Covid 19.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 30
