The Employer is nota taking measures to protect employees from exposure to the COVID-19 virus, as follows: - The ER is not enforcing social distancing of at least six-feet apart between employees. - The ER did not notify the EE's when a co-worker tested positive for the COVID-19 virus. - The ER does not disinfect the clinic, and did not disinfect the clinic after the reported infection. - The ER does not screen employees for sigs and symptoms of the COVID-19 virus, like taking EE's temperature prior to their shift.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
