The employer is not following guidelines set forth in the executive order 20-81 and COVID-19 Preparedness Plans for Minnesota businesses, specifically: 1. The employer is allowing workers who are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, have tested positive for COVID-19 or have been in close contact with a person with COVID-19 symptoms or who has tested positive for COVID-19 instead of being instructed not to report to work until their isolation or quarantine period is completed. 2. The employer is not following the screening requirements for employees and customers. 3. The employer does not enforce the face covering mandate as required by Executive Order. 4.
