1. Employees are concerned with exposure to the coronavirus due to the employer's failure to comply with OSHA/CDC recommendations: - The employer has no procedures for handling employee exposures to confirmed COVID-19 individuals. Employees are allowed to work after having close contact with confirmed COVID-19 patients before getting their test results. - Communal use of coffee, food, and water fountains is permitted. - Nurses remove their masks in areas where patients are not present exposing other employees. - Social distancing of at least six (6) feet is not promoted via one direction flow. - Hand sanitizer is not readily available for employee use. - Highly touched surfaces (i.e. computers, phones, doorknobs, etc.) are not frequently cleaned and disinfected. 2. Vents are dirty in the exams room. The ventilation system has not been cleaned for years. The company has been operating at full capacity with no updates to ventilation system despite COVID-19 recommended precautions. 3. Employees are exposed to mold on the ceiling tiles located in the patient hallway and in the Lab Area. 4. Employees are potentially exposed to ergonomic hazards, affecting the neck and back, while operating iPads. 5. Hand soap is not readily available for employee use. Soap provided is watered down. 6. N95 respirators are not provided for employees performing hyfrecation or cauterizing activities. 7. Employees have not been informed of hazards (i.e. infectious, chemical and physical) associated with performing hyfrecation or cauterizing activities.Alleged Hazards: 7, Employees Exposed: 2
