1. An employee that tested positive for COVID-19 was not isolated for 10 days. 2. Employees that work within close proximity to the employee were not quarantined. 3. The employee that tested positive is still present at the worksite experiencing COVID-19 symptoms such as lack of taste and smell. 4. Mask wearing was not enforce prior to the employee tested positive. 5. The work area of the employee that tested positive was not properly sanitized.
